Ruth was one of eleven children. She grew up on a farm and worked hard in the summers picking berries with her brothers and sisters. She attended St. Paul Catholic school and graduated from Silverton Union High School.

Ruth was married for 58 years to Tito Carreon until the time of his death in 2015. She was primarily a homemaker and would help Tito in his sign shop. Years later she would help him when he started Titos Gym in Beaverton. She loved working out, staying healthy and looking beautiful. Her hobbies over the span of her life included keeping up with politics and world news, sewing, roller skating, reading books on health and end times. She loved to garden and grow her own fruit.

Ruth and Tito loved to go to flea markets, swap meets and the Goodwill. They enjoyed treasure hunting together. Most of all they really enjoyed spending time with the grandkids.  Ruth was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, auntie and friend to many. She had a great sense of humor and was so very kind.  She was a good listener and always made you feel like she was on your side. Ruth is survived by too many to name, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  We have hope by her confession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that she is rejoicing in His presence and reunited with loved ones.

A memorial Service for Ruth will be at Beaverton Foursquare Church, 13565 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton OR. On Thursday December 6, 2018, at 1 pm.
