I always remember this man as a gentle soul. I knew him for a brief 3 years in high school and he never had an unkind word for anyone. Always the gentleman.

I was so sorry to hear of Michal's passing. I only worked at the Argus for 3 years, but during that time he delighted me with his humor and talent. He took time to help me learn to take better photos and shared tips. What a gentle sweet person. My condolences to his family. Jeanne Levy
It's amazing how many things you can learn about someone after they have passed. What a life full, vibrant life Michal lived! Thank for your sharing all these stories, allowing us all the gift of getting to know him more and remember how he impacted so many. I had the honor of working at The Argus with Michal and have many memories of reporting alongside him. He truly had a passion for sharing stories and his love for the community was so sincere. To Michal's family, I pray your memories of your husband, dad and grandfather bring warmth to your heart all your years.
Alice, please know you and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. Mike was a favorite friend of mine throughout our high schools years. We had a lot of classes together especially speech and drama class. He was very well liked. I enjoyed talking back and forth with him the last 5 plus years. He was special. Rest in Paradise my friend. Susy and Sammy Morris
I remember Mike as a class act and a friend you could count on. A GREAT human being who could make the best out of anything.
Mike’s family thank you for sharing him with us and he was truly a wonderful person.
