To the Spieker family,
Knowing that it is "see you later" and not goodbye helps ease the loss of such an amazing man. Uncle Pat was such a soft spoken and gentle man. His life was well lived as exemplified in the legacy he left behind. He instilled in all of you love, joy, laughter and character (he was a character too sometimes :)). Our prayers are with you for God's peace and comfort to rest in your hearts.
Love, your cousin

Alvina and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of loss. I pray that the peace of our Lord and knowing that Pat has been welcomed into his heavenly home will bring you comfort. I have lots of fond memories of the Nebraskan card games played and recall how warm and friendly Pat always was. Lots of great memories. I can only imagine the reunion going on the other side.

Pat was a good man. I can still hear his laugh and see his smile. He is now up in heaven with Ray & Lucille, Mom & Dad and all the other card players who are there. He will be missed but we have our memories. My prayers are with you all!

Aunt Vina and Family,
It is with a heavy heart that I send our sincere condolences, yet I find happiness in the special memories of my visits with Uncle Pat and all of you. I am so grateful for the times we were able to visit and will always remember the sparkle in Uncle Pat's eyes, especially when he spoke of his lovely bride and remarkable children. We are blessed for having known this most thoughtful man with the cheeriest smile imaginable. You are in our prayers and we hope that you will find strength, peace and joy in your memories.

Aloha Ohana,
I'm very sad and know Uncle Pat is just gone on ahead to make sure every thing is ready when Aunt Alvina joins him. That is what I remember about my uncle Pat, the consumate "Boy Scout" being prepared. Also that we share the same birthday. Being on Molokai, I have candles lit for this lovely man. I will have a glass of Champagne to celebrate his life and look forward to seeing you all on the other side. By the rainbow bridge where all my dogs, cats and horses are awaiting my arrival. smile.
Aloha Pumehana, and know I'm with you in spirit. P. Pat and the Girls

Alvina and family,
Uncle Pat was a wonderful man. He lived a great life, had a wonderful wife and an awesome family. He was a gentle soul and a man of great faith. I can only imagine the welcome he received when he went "home" last Friday.
We lost a good man but no one can take away the memories.
Love to all,
Teresa

I am saddened by the lose of my uncle Pat. I had the pleasure of many pleasant telephone conversations with Pat and aunt Alvina over the years. It was always a joy to hear how happy they were and how proud he was of his family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to entire family. Bob Billig

To all the family,
This is such a great loss and leaves us feeling so sad, however, God has graced us with such grand memories. I can so vividly remember, the smiles and laughter , and rosy cheeks of my uncle. But the most incredible memory I have is the togetherness and fondness my aunt and uncle shared for one another. I didn't get to spend much time with them, but it let me know at a young age what a wonderful marriage could be. I miss all of you and our prayers are with you.
I hope we keep in touch.
