Obituary of Jacqueline Bernice Carter

Jackie was born in Portland, OR to Clark and Mildred Schmid. She grew up in Portland graduating from Roosevelt High School. She met and married Donald R Carter in 1954. They had 2 children Penny and Pam. She worked over 30 years being a head cook for Portland and Hillsboro School District. She retired in 1994. Her hobbies were Painting, Classic Cars, Horses, Traveling and Ceramics. She passed in her home in Dayton from Natural causes on October 7th, 2016. She is survived by her husband Don Carter of Dayton, 2 daughters, Penny Rabe of Woodburn, Pam Anderson of Forest Grove, 2 grand children, Chelsea Kendall of Molalla and Branden Rabe of Woodburn. 2 great grand children and 2 step great grand children. A Celebration of Life will be held on November 6th 2016 at 34081 South Barlow Rd in Woodburn, OR from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Service Information
